For more than 30 years, I've helped dancers build strong technique, confidence, and artistry through thoughtful coaching rooted in body awareness, encouragement, and excellence.
Whether I'm teaching a company class, coaching a private lesson, or leading a guest workshop, my goal is always the same:
Help every dancer become the very best version of themselves.

I fell in love with ballet at just three years old, taking my first dance classes at local studios before joining the Atlanta School of Ballet in the eighth grade. From that moment on, ballet became more than an activity—it became my passion.
Beginning in the eighth grade, I performed in The Nutcracker each year until I graduated from high school. Starting in the ninth grade, I became a member of the Atlanta Ballet Youth Ensemble, where I had the privilege of performing in Atlanta Ballet productions of The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, and Swan Lake.
During my years with the Youth Ensemble, I attended the annual Southeast Regional Ballet Association (SERBA) workshops and a summer program at the Royal Ballet School in London, England. Through SERBA, I was selected to attend the Young Choreographer's Workshop summer program in New York as a dancer—an experience that strengthened my love for ballet and confirmed that this was the path I wanted to pursue.
After graduating from high school, I began my professional career as a scholarship apprentice with the Atlanta Ballet, performing in productions including The Nutcracker and Carmen before moving to Florida to join the Northwest Florida Ballet as a soloist.
While performing professionally was a dream come true, an unexpected injury brought my performing career to an end. Looking back now, I realize that injury wasn't the end of my dance journey—it was the beginning of the path God had prepared for me.
For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of teaching dancers of all ages and levels, helping them build strong technique, confidence, artistry, discipline, and character. Along the way, I discovered that my greatest joy wasn't found on the stage—it was found in the studio, watching dancers grow and believing in them long before they believed in themselves.
In 2022, I founded ReneePauley4Ballet (RP4B) to bring purposeful ballet education to dancers and studios throughout Georgia and beyond. Through guest teaching, private coaching, workshops, and educational resources, my mission is simple: to help every dancer become the very best version of themselves.
Over the years, I have been incredibly blessed to watch former students continue their own journeys. Many have earned acceptance into outstanding university dance programs, while others have gone on to perform with professional ballet companies, on Broadway and national tours, at Disney, with the Radio City Rockettes, on cruise ships, in television and award shows, and with dance companies around the world. Watching their dreams become reality has been one of the greatest blessings of my career.
When I'm not in the studio, I treasure spending time with my husband, John, our Cavapoochon, CoCo Bean, and our family. I thank God every day for the opportunity to do what I love and for the incredible dancers, families, and studio owners He has placed in my life.

For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of teaching dancers throughout Georgia and beyond, working with students ranging from recreational dancers to pre-professional artists, company members, and competitive dancers.
Today, I proudly serve on the faculty of On Stage School of Dance, Georgia Dance Unlimited, and Turning Pointe School of Dance, while also traveling as a guest ballet educator, offering master classes, workshops, and private coaching for dancers and studios throughout the Southeast.
Throughout my career, I have also taught at numerous respected studios, building lasting relationships with studio owners, directors, teachers, dancers, and families who share a commitment to quality ballet education.
Earlier in my career, I earned certifications in Pilates through the PhysicalMind Institute and the GYROTONIC® system. Although I no longer teach Pilates, that training continues to influence my understanding of alignment, body mechanics, efficient movement, and injury prevention—principles that remain at the heart of every ballet class I teach.
I believe every dancer has the ability to grow when they are given the right guidance, encouragement, and environment.
My teaching is rooted in strong classical ballet technique while emphasizing body awareness, musicality, artistry, confidence, discipline, and character. I strive to help dancers understand not only how to do something, but why it matters.
Whether I'm teaching a company class, coaching a private lesson, or leading a guest workshop, my goal is always the same—to challenge dancers, encourage them, and help them discover potential they may not yet see in themselves.
Every correction is given with purpose.
Every class is taught with intention.
Every dancer matters.
Movement with Purpose. Training with Heart.
