Bring RP4B to Your Studio

Five ballerinas practicing with one leg raised in a dance studio.

Every studio wants dancers who are technically strong, confident, coachable, and excited to keep growing.

My role is to come alongside the excellent work you're already doing by providing purposeful ballet training, technical clarity, and encouragement that inspires dancers long after class is over.

Inside an RP4B Class

The best way to understand my teaching philosophy is to see it in action.

This short reel offers a glimpse inside an RP4B class—where dancers are challenged, encouraged, and reminded that growth happens one correction at a time.

What a Visit Can Look Like

Ways We Can Work Together

Every studio has unique goals, dancers, and needs.

Some invite me for a single master class.

Others prefer a full day of training or an extended residency.

Together, we'll create a schedule that best serves your dancers, teachers, and studio goals.

Master Classes & Workshops

Perfect for introducing fresh ideas, refining technique, and inspiring dancers.

Full-Day Intensives

A day of focused training with multiple classes tailored to your studio's needs.

Multi-Day Residencies

An opportunity to work more deeply with dancers while building lasting growth over several days.

Why Studios Invite Me Back

  • Because dancers leave believing they can do more than they thought possible.
  • Because corrections become opportunities instead of criticisms.
  • Because confidence grows alongside technique.
  • Because teachers gain fresh ideas they can continue using long after I leave.
  • Because the conversation continues through the RP4B Collection.

Who I Love Working With

I love working with dancers who are ready to grow beyond the basics and are committed to becoming the best version of themselves.

This includes:

• Company dancers and pre-professional students
• Competitive dancers with long-term goals
• Dancers preparing for summer intensives, college programs, auditions, or professional opportunities
• Ballet teachers seeking continued growth and professional development

My teaching is rooted in Cecchetti principles with a strong emphasis on body mechanics, technical clarity, and healthy movement. Every class is designed to build confidence, resilience, artistry, and a lifelong love of learning.

What Happens Next

If you think RP4B would be a great fit for your dancers, I'd love to hear from you.

Together we'll talk about your goals, your dancers, your faculty, and the kind of experience you'd like to create.

Whether it's a single master class, a full day of training, or something more, every visit is thoughtfully planned around your studio.

Let's create something your dancers will remember long after the music ends.

Teaching History & Highlights

Teaching & Professional Background

For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of teaching dancers throughout Georgia and beyond, working with students ranging from recreational dancers to pre-professional artists, company members, and competitive dancers.

Today, I proudly serve on the faculty of On Stage School of Dance, Georgia Dance Unlimited, and Turning Pointe School of Dance, while also traveling as a guest ballet educator, offering master classes, workshops, and private coaching for dancers and studios throughout the Southeast.

Throughout my career, I have also taught at numerous respected studios, building lasting relationships with studio owners, directors, teachers, dancers, and families who share a commitment to quality ballet education.

Earlier in my career, I earned certifications in Pilates through the PhysicalMind Institute and the GYROTONIC® system. Although I no longer teach Pilates, that training continues to influence my understanding of alignment, body mechanics, efficient movement, and injury prevention—principles that remain at the heart of every ballet class I teach.

My Teaching Philosophy

I believe every dancer has the ability to grow when they are given the right guidance, encouragement, and environment.

My teaching is rooted in strong classical ballet technique while emphasizing body awareness, musicality, artistry, confidence, discipline, and character. I strive to help dancers understand not only how to do something, but why it matters.

Whether I'm teaching a company class, coaching a private lesson, or leading a guest workshop, my goal is always the same—to challenge dancers, encourage them, and help them discover potential they may not yet see in themselves.

Every correction is given with purpose.
Every class is taught with intention.
Every dancer matters.

Movement with Purpose. Training with Heart.
